Normiska is pleased to report that the sales growth achieved over the past year surpassed management's forecasted sales for 2001.
The Company will be mailing its Annual Report on February 22, 2002 and will be hosting the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders at the Company's offices, 6465 Millcreek Dr., Suite 200, Mississauga, Ontario on March 28, 2002 at 2:00 in the afternoon.
Normiska Corporation manufactures vermiculite and perlite, harvests peat moss and manufactures Jack Pine Bark composts and mulches for the horticultural industry with production plants in Lachine, Quebec and Fort Frances, Ontario.
Normiska has 9,209,344 common shares issued and outstanding.
